• great improvements in the booking system such that all sites are now aligned and up to date with bookings and availability
• a step-change in the clarity of our accounts - we now have clear line of sight to the detail and performance of our property
• your extensive network of tradies - it seems you know someone who can fix just about anything, do a great job and show up on time!
• your availability and ability to respond to us quickly by email or face to face when we are in town
• and last but by no means least - the fact that you keep a note of the things we want done and follow them through to resolution. This seems to be a very rare talent in property management!

We have been really pleased with the service provided by the Professionals Holiday Home Property Management Service. They helped us set up our holiday home to the very highest standards, managing all manner of tasks in a very professional manner. Bennetto Cottage - June 2017

We appointed Professionals as Visitor Accommodation Property Manager of our Family Cottage in November last year. As this involved a transition from a long-term rental to a short-term holiday rental, it required additional preparation and organising to get the property to a high standard. 

During the transition phase, Professionals were invaluable with their wealth of knowledge and insights into the tourism industry and current visitor market in the area, we could not have achieved the completion of the cottage fit-out without them.  As a result, we have been able to maximise our returns for the property and create a beautiful and comfortable short-term holiday stay. Professionals Queenstown are the Holiday Property Management team that takes good care of our property.  They understand the specific requirement my wife and I have, for the right tenant to stay at our house. This is especially important to us as the house is rented out on a short-term basis through online sites such as airbnb.

We’ve been partnering with Professionals for more than 2 years now. It has been worry free for us. The Property Managers promptly and regularly informs us on the house matters and speedily arranges all the maintenance fixes to keep the house in good order.  It is not just the repairs but the total approach in ensuring the house is pleasant to stay in. The financial matters are handled with the high standard of efficiency. This is reassuring as we are currently residing overseas and find it a challenge to look after the property.
