Pukaki View is a lovely, modern, well equipped townhouse that is tastefully decorated throughout and offers guests a warm, comfortable and welcoming stay with wonderful views of the spectacular Remarkables Mountains.

Pukaki View is conveniently located to both downtown Queenstown, the Airport and the Frankton yet in a quiet, peaceful private lane.

Pukaki View has a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen which creates an easy flow living area with bi-folding doors that opens out onto an outdoor balcony with BBQ.

The villa is cleverly configured and can be rented to accommodate smaller or larger family or group stays. As it can be just the upper level or the whole townhouse depending of the amount of people wishing to stay at the property.

1 - 4 guests = 2 rooms - upstairs only
5 - 6 guests = 3 rooms - upstairs & 1 bedroom downstairs
7 - 8 guests = 4 rooms - all upstairs and downstairs bedrooms

PLEASE NOTE: If individual rooms are required for 4 people you must book the whole property (ie 8 guests).

1 – 4 people would have the occupancy of the upper level and secure garage with laundry facilities. The upper level is open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with outdoor balcony, two bedrooms and the adjoining bathroom which is tastefully fitted with a large shower, double vanity, toilet, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

The downstairs level of Pukaki View has 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms, with shower, vanity and toilet as well as the secure garage with laundry facilities.

Bedrooms:

On the upper level of Pukaki View are two bedrooms, both have their own Smart TV’s, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and their own small balconies. Both bedrooms offer the flexibility to be configured with either a King Bed or two single beds. The lower level bedrooms both have Queen Beds, Smart TV's, plenty of storage and their own en-suite bathrooms and doors that open onto a patio area.
