Iorangi is located in a quiet cul-de-sac only 3km from downtown Queenstown. There’s a convenience store, bus stop at the end of the street, restaurant and bar and the local fish n chip shop all within a couple of minutes walking distance. Access may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to the stairs up to the property.

Booking: 

  • Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a guest 25 years or older. This guest must be on the booking confirmation
  • there is a 2.8% charge when you pay with a credit card
  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

Check in/out:

We will contact you via email two weeks prior to your arrival with check in details.

  • Check-in from 3:00 pm (15:00)
  • Check-out up to 10:00 am

If you require a late check-out please contact the Property Manager prior to your arrival.  Cleaners will arrive at the property just after 10am for the check-out clean and if guests delay this service a late check-out fee of $100 will occur.

Please Note in all our holiday homes:

  • There is a strict no-smoking policy. If evidence of smoking is found in the home, an additional cleaning fee may apply
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum after 22:00 and before 08:00.
  • Have a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
