Arrowbrae's location makes this an ideal holiday home in winter or summers as its only 2km’s drive or an easy walk to the centre of the charming, historic Arrowtown which has great cafes, restaurants and delightful shops. Arrowtown is 20km from the Queenstown CBD, an easy 20 minute drive.

Booking: 

  • Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a guest 25 years or older. This guest must be on the booking confirmation
  • there is a 2.8% charge when you pay with a credit card
  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

Check in/out:

We will contact you via email two weeks prior to your arrival with check in details.

  • Check-in from 3:00 pm (15:00)
  • Check-out up to 10:00 am

If you require a late check-out please contact the Property Manager prior to your arrival.  Cleaners will arrive at the property just after 10am for the check-out clean and if guests delay this service a late check-out fee of $100 will occur.

Please Note in all our holiday homes:

  • There is a strict no-smoking policy. If evidence of smoking is found in the home, an additional cleaning fee may apply
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum after 22:00 and before 08:00.
  • Have a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
