Rental Information

Booking: 

  •     Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a guest 25 years or older. This guest must be on the booking confirmation
  •     there is a 2.3% charge when you pay with a credit card
  •     Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

Check in/out:

We will contact you via email two weeks prior to your arrival with check in details.

  •     Check-in from 3:00 pm (15:00)
  •     Check-out up to 10:00 am

Check out is no later than 10:00am so our home can be made ready for the next guests. If you wish to request a late check out, please contact the Property Manager prior to arrival. Even though we may communicate an approved late check out by phone, you can only rely on the approval for late check out if this is received in writing from us. Failure to check out by 10:00am as per these terms, or any other approved time in writing, will incur costs that must be met by you. Such costs will include the cleaning team that is either waiting for the home to be made available to them, any rescheduling costs for the cleaning, our time and any relocation costs for the next guest including their alternative accommodation if it is required.

Please note in all our holiday homes:

  • There is a strict no-smoking policy. If evidence of smoking is found in the home, an additional cleaning fee may apply
  • Between the hours of 10pm and 7am the use of the outdoor areas is prohibited. This is a local government regulation for accommodation in residential areas. It’s also quiet hours which consist of keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
  • Have a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
  • Sorry no Pets allowed.
